What is a Challenge Group?  Small Groups of 5-10 who commit to…
  1.  
Fitness:  We will all do a Beachbody at Home Fitness Programs such as: P90X, Insanity, TurboFire, 10 Minute Trainer, etc.
2.  
Nutrition:  We will all use Shakeology daily to supplement and support our transformations.
3.  
Diet:  We will use all the tools on the Team Beachbody Website to help us determine our individual diet needs.
4.  
Support:  We will all post DAILY to a private Facebook group.  This is actually where the magic happens!
